Mariam is a Managing Associate in ADSERO’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets department. She specialises in executing M&A transactions, including conducting legal due diligence and research, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation and commercial agreements. Mariam also has expertise in providing legal advice on transactional and non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters and in advising on restructuring plans and strategies.
Prior to joining ADSERO, she interned in top-tier law firms, gaining experience across various industries and legal disciplines, including M&As, capital markets, corporate structuring, employment, and general corporate and commercial law.
