Mariam is an Associate in the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets team. Before joining ADSERO, Mariam interned in top-tier law firms.
Mariam works across varying industries and has experience in multiple legal disciplines, including M&As, capital markets, corporate structure, employment and general corporate and commercial.
In addition, Mariam has experience in drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on transactional & non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters, advising on restructuring plans and strategies, executing M&A transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation.
Assisted in the acquisition of Egypt’s Ismailia Agricultural Company.
Assisted Ezdehar Management in acquiring approximately 60% of the Zahran Market chain through the Ezdehar Middle Capital Fund II.
Assisted in advising WaffarX on the funding round led by San Francisco-based Lobby Capital L.P, with participation from A15.
Assisted in the sale of land and companies by Americana in relation to the divestment of its dominant majority stake in Karawin for Agriculture and Reclamation Company.
