We are thrilled to announce that we acted as the lead legal advisor to Wadi Group Poultry S.A.E and its subsidiaries (“Wadi”), a leading Egyptian Agribusiness, on the investment transaction with Mitsui & Co., Ltd.(“Mitsui”), a global leader in trading and investment group.

This strategic investment aims to propel Wadi’s Agribusiness activities in Egypt, one of Africa’s largest and fastest-growing markets in terms of population. It is a significant step toward enhancing the quality of today's increasingly diverse consumer products.
