As part of ADSERO's ongoing support for the Khaled Bichara Scholarship (KGB), we are proud to share the stories of two of the students we are helping put through university.

A student from Minya who wants to build Egypt's first low-cost microchip and robotics factory. A student from Beni Suef who had her USAID scholarship pulled mid-programme and found another way forward.

The KGB Scholarship was founded in memory of Khaled Bichara, on the belief that great talent exists everywhere, but opportunity does not. It supports students from Upper Egypt studying Computer Science and Entrepreneurship at AUC, covering tuition, accommodation, and sustained multi-year support through to graduation.

Now in its third cohort, the scholarship has grown to 65 scholars across AUC, Don Bosco, and ElSewedy Technical Academy.
