We are proud to have been awarded two major accolades from Islamic Finance News (IFN), one of the most coveted honours in the global Islamic finance and banking industry. The awards recognise our work as Egyptian counsel to The Ministry of Finance | Egypt (MOF) across two landmark transactions:

- IFN Sovereign & Multilateral Deal of the Year, for advising on Egypt’s first-ever sovereign domestic sukuk program valued at EGP 3 billion. The ADSERO team was led by Hossam Gramon, Partner and Head of Banking and Project Finance, and Ibrahim El Messery, Counsel, and included Associates Malak Zaki and Nour Osama; Marc Hany Georgy, Mostafa Khaled Serry, and Nour El Kholy.

- IFN Egypt Deal of the Year 2025, for the EGP 200 million sukuk issuance involving the Ministry of Finance and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt. The ADSERO team was led by Hossam Gramon, Partner and Head of Banking and Project Finance, and included Associates Malak Zaki, Nour Osama, and Mostafa Khaled Serry.

We were honoured to have Malak Khalil, Partner and Head of EENR represent ADSERO and officially receive these awards on the firm's behalf.
