Mostafa is a Junior Associate in the firm’s Banking and Finance department. Mostafa has interned at numerous top-tier international and local firms, including experience in a financial consulting firm.
Since joining ADSERO, Mostafa has worked on reviewing loan, facility, and escrow agreements, drafting and reviewing legal opinions and memos, undergoing processes for due diligence, and providing CBE-related advice to various clients.
Mostafa is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
