Kamal is a Senior Associate in the firm’s General Corporate department, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in corporate procedure, compliance, and tax-related matters. He joined ADSERO in 2019 as a Procedures Attorney.
Kamal specialises in the incorporation and amendment of companies, including drafting contracts, articles of incorporation and their amendments, and minutes of board and general assembly meetings. He is proficient in handling all related documentation, licensing procedures, and liaising with official authorities.
Over his career, Kamal has assisted in establishing more than 220 companies, including joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, partnerships, and simple partnerships. His expertise extends to approving and documenting the minutes of ordinary and extraordinary board meetings for these entities.
Kamal also has substantial experience in tax procedures, covering tax appeals, drafting defense memos, and representing clients before appeal committees and committees for resolving tax disputes.
He has worked with a wide range of prominent clients, including Pfizer, Imkan, Atyab, Siemens, Global Julphar, Image, Syngenta Agro, Pixelogic, Friesland, and Al-Hashimiya.
