Farida is an Associate in ADSERO’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets department. She specialises in executing M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence, legal research, and reviewing all commercial agreements. Farida also advises on structuring plans and strategies, as well as regulatory matters relating to the issuance of various types of licenses.

Prior to joining ADSERO as an Associate, Farida gained experience through internships at top-tier law firms, including ADSERO in 2019, and an in-house legal department. She also worked with governmental institutions, such as the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and the Sovereign Fund of Egypt.

• Advised Arrow Holding on AfricInvest Fund IV’s acquisition of a significant minority stake.
• Appointed as Legal Advisor to the National Service Projects Organization (NSPO) and The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE) on strategic projects.
• Acted as lead counsel to A15 and the founding shareholders on the sale of a controlling stake in Link Development to Beyon Solutions.
• Advised ElSewedy Capital Holding on the sale of 51% of the share capital of Easy Lease to Al Ahly Capital Holding, the investment arm of the National Bank of Egypt (NBE).
• Advised The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE) on a landmark project to convert the Ministry of Interior’s former headquarters complex in Lazoughly into a mixed-use administrative and commercial complex.
• Advised a leading healthcare investor on its acquisition of a controlling stake in a digital solutions provider operating in the FinTech, HealthTech, and InsurTech sectors.
• Advised a small-scale investor on its investment in an Egyptian events company through an offshore holding structure.
