Farida is an Associate in the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets practice area.

Prior to ADSERO, Farida interned in top-tier law firms (including ADSERO in 2019) and an in-house legal department, as well as in a few governmental institutions including the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development and The Sovereign Fund of Egypt.

Farida is experienced in executing M&A transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, legal research, and reviewing all commercial agreements. In addition, Farida has experience advising on structuring plans and strategies and regulatory work in connection with issuing different types of licenses.
