We are proud to have been appointed as legal advisor to support The National Service Projects Organization (NSPO) and The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE), working alongside a group of local and international financial, legal, and strategic advisors.
Through this collaboration, ADSERO is advising on several strategic projects, including National Petroleum Company (Wataniya Petroleum), ChillOut, Silo Foods for Food Industries, and Safi. These efforts align with the state’s vision to enhance private sector participation, as outlined in the State Ownership Policy Document. The initiative reflects a broader strategy to position the private sector as a key driver of economic growth and sustainable development.
The signing ceremony, witnessed earlier today by H.E Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly and H.E. Hassan El Khatib’s Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade marked a significant milestone in advancing these projects. ADSERO’s Managing Partner, Ragy Soliman, attended the ceremony on behalf of the firm. These projects also represent a wider effort to promote competitive neutrality and advance the state’s commitment to building a transparent, efficient, and investment-friendly market.
The trust placed in ADSERO and the capabilities and commitment of its team, further reinforce the firm’s ongoing contribution to Egypt’s economic initiatives.
This engagement aligns with ADSERO’s continued efforts to support Egypt’s economic transformation through expanding private sector involvement and diversifying public investment tools across both equity and debt instruments.
The lead partners on these transactions are Ragy Soliman, Ahmed Abdelgawad, Ahmed Adib and Ibrahim ElGengehy.
