Abdelrahman is an Associate in ADSERO’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets department. He advises clients on a wide range of M&A and Capital Markets matters, including regulatory compliance, financial structuring, and corporate governance. Additionally, he provides guidance on anti-trust matters.

Abdelrahman has extensive experience in assisting with the execution transactions, with a particular focus on conducting due diligence, performing legal research, drafting Private Subscription Notices (PSNs), and reviewing a range of commercial agreements. Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable experience interning at top-tier law firms in Egypt.

• Advised Orascom Investment Holding on the acquisition of the Misr for Entertainment Investment Group.
• Appointed as Legal Advisor to the National Service Projects Organization (NSPO) and The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE) on strategic projects.
• Acted as lead counsel to A15 and the founding shareholders on the sale of a controlling stake in Link Development to Beyon Solutions.
