Abdelrahman is a Junior Associate in the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets department. Before joining the firm, he interned at top-tier law firms in Egypt.

Abdelrahman is experienced in assisting with executing M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence and legal research, drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements and providing legal advice on transactional and non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters. Furthermore, he has experience in advising clients on anti-trust matters.
