Abdelrahman is an Associate in the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets department. Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable experience interning at top-tier law firms in Egypt.
He has extensive experience in assisting with the execution of M&A and Capital Markets transactions, with a particular focus on conducting due diligence, performing legal research, drafting Private Subscription Notices (PSNs), and reviewing a range of commercial agreements.
Abdelrahman also advises clients on regulatory compliance, financial structuring, and governance matters. Additionally, he has experience in providing guidance on anti-trust matters.
Acted as Lead Counsel to A15 and Founding Shareholders on the Sale of a Controlling Stake in Link Development to Beyon Solutions.
