Dina joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2020. She has over nine years of experience in general commercial, M&As and capital markets with top-tier law firms in Egypt.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Dina worked at the Egyptian Competition Authority, where she provided legal analysis and recommendations to several governmental bodies in relation to competition laws and regulations, as well as conducting legal investigations on Egyptian entities in relation to anti-trust conducts within the various Egyptian markets. After that, she worked at , focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets practices.

Dina has vast experience in drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on transactional & non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters, advising on restructuring plans and strategies for regional and multinational companies, executing M&A transactions,  including conducting legal due diligence, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation. Dina also has experience representing major Egyptian companies in primary and secondary offerings on the EGX in the context of IPOs and representing regional and multinational companies in connection with the Mandatory Tender Offers (MTO).

Dina has represented numerous private equities in high-profile transactions, including Gulf Capital and TCV, as well as representing several national and multinational companies through a wide range of industries, including AXA, Abou Zaabal Fertilizers, Alcazar Energy, Cairo 3A, Cargill, Danone, Delivery Hero, Regus, TCI Sanmar Chemicals, Techno Group and Uber.

Dina also advised several TMT companies (e.g., Etisalat and Sony) on regulatory matters, interconnection agreements, and software license agreements.

Advised leading Egyptian agribusiness “Wadi” on investment transaction with Japanese conglomerate “Mitsui”.

Advised Ezdehar Management in acquiring 60% of Zahran Market chain.

Advised Solarize Egypt on establishing a partnership with Amarenco Group and selling 74% of Solarize Egypt’s capital to Amarenco Group.
