Zeina is a Junior Associate in ADSERO's M&A and Capital Markets practice area. Her work spans transaction execution, due diligence, and legal research, supporting corporate matters across a broad range of sectors.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Zeina worked at a top-tier law firm in the general corporate and commercial department, where she gained experience assisting clients with a variety of corporate and commercial matters. Her work included assisting with corporate advisory matters, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, and supporting clients on regulatory and compliance-related issues.

Zeina also worked as a junior legal counsel at an e-commerce company, where she provided legal support on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, including contract review, internal legal processes, and compliance-related work.
