Youssef is a Junior Associate in ADSERO’s  General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory team.

He specialises in the e-commerce sector, where he advises a leading multinational client operating across Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. His work includes supporting regional operations, ensuring compliance with evolving legal frameworks, and structuring commercial arrangements tailored to cross-border business needs.

In addition to his primary focus on e-commerce, Youssef advises clients in the TMT, pharmaceuticals, real estate, technology, and life sciences sectors. He has experience drafting and reviewing a wide range  of commercial agreements, including sale and purchase contracts, lease agreements, distribution arrangements, supply agreements, and services agreements. He also frequently engages with governmental authorities such as GAFI, NTRA, EDA, NFSA, and LTRA.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Youssef completed internships at several leading law firms, gaining practical experience in litigation, corporate governance, and administrative law.

• Assisted Amazon with its business operations in Egypt, including day-to-day operations, corporate matters, and agreement reviews.

• 2023 – Awarded 1^st Place Best Oralist in the C Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
