Youssef is a Junior Associate in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Markets department.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Youssef interned at multiple international institutions, including a top-tier law firm and a bank. During his internships, he gained experience across a wide range of practice areas and industries, including M&A, Capital Markets, General Corporate, Sports Law, Competition and Antitrust, Project Finance, and Banking and Finance.

Youssef has expertise in drafting and reviewing a broad array of commercial agreements, providing legal support, assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, and conducting comprehensive legal research and due diligence. He has also contributed to a corporate restructuring project for a Kuwaiti organisation and participated in multiple filings before Competition Authorities in the Middle East.
