Yomna is a Senior Associate in the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets practice area, with seven years of experience in corporate governance, commercial matters, M&A, and capital markets at top-tier law firms in Egypt. She is fluent in Arabic, English, and French and is qualified to practice law in Egypt.
Yomna has substantial expertise in M&A and capital market transactions, including restructuring, conducting legal due diligence, legal research, and drafting and reviewing transaction documents. She also advises on transactional and non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters.
Before joining ADSERO, Yomna provided day-to-day corporate and commercial support to multinational companies, assisting with corporate matters, handling compliance, and reviewing various agreements.
Her work spans multiple sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, cement, medical insurance, FMCG, and education, where she has played a key role in advising clients and executing transactions.

Advised Parkville Pharmaceutical on a significant minority investment from Admaius.
Advised leading Egyptian agribusiness Wadi on their investment transaction with Japanese conglomerate Mitsui.
Assisted PIF, Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund, in acquiring a 34% minority stake in consumer electronics and household appliances retailer B.Tech from Africa focused investment firm Development Partners International.
Advised Solariz Egypt on establishing a partnership with Amarenco Group and selling 74% of SolarizEgypt’s capital to Amarenco Group.
Advised Chimera Capital in acquiring a significant minority stake in Gemini Global Development Egypt under Ora Developers.
