Taya is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory practice and the Projects practice with a focus on the Energy, Environment and Natural Resources (EENR) sector.
Before joining ADSERO, Taya interned and worked at several Egyptian law firms and has a solid experience in litigation, international commercial law arbitration, civil and commercial law disputes, labour law as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Furthermore, on a more occasional basis, Taya intervened on various laws such as tax law, maritime law, inheritance law, human rights and protection of the environment matters.
Taya has over three years of professional experience, speaks fluent Arabic, English, French and Spanish and is qualified to practice law in Egypt.
