Shahd is a Junior Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory practice area specialising in corporate governance.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Shahd interned at several leading Egyptian law firms, working on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts, equipping her with an in-depth understanding of legal and business strategies.

• Assisted in advising national and international clients across the education, pharmaceutical, and factoring sectors on company incorporation matters.
