Seifeldin is a Junior Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, and a member of the Employment team. He advises on employment-related matters and supports corporate clients on workplace compliance, employment documentation, and labour-related issues within a broader commercial context.

• Assisted multinational software companies in complex employment matters, including advising on settlement strategies, employee terminations, and negotiations with senior management.
• Advised multinational trading companies on employment compliance matters, including overtime applicability.
• Assisted international technology companies in reviewing limited-term and unlimited-term employment agreements, as well as internal employment handbooks and regulations, to ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
• Assisted in providing employment advice to multinational transportation clients in disciplinary and misconduct-related matters.
