Seif Elkably is a Managing Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory practice, advising multinational and leading domestic clients on corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory matters. His practice includes complex commercial and operational contracting, day-to-day business advisory, employment and workforce matters, regulatory issues, internal investigations and operational risk, with experience supporting cross-border arrangements across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.
Seif began his career in ADSERO’s Dispute Resolution practice, where he developed broad contentious experience across commercial, employment, telecommunications, tax, energy and white-collar matters. His work included court litigation, negotiated settlements, arbitration proceedings and the enforcement of arbitral awards, as well as disputes relating to telecommunications interconnection and national roaming arrangements, energy and subcontracting relationships, tax matters and commercial fraud.
He subsequently joined the Egyptian Public Prosecution, where he served as a Public Prosecutor and developed substantial experience in serious criminal matters, with a particular focus on complex public funds and forgery investigations. His work included cases involving falsified official documents, misappropriation of state funds and financial misconduct, as well as matters involving homicide, assault, offences against women and minors, human trafficking, narcotics trafficking and weapons offences. Seif led investigations through to prosecutorial disposition, analysing financial, contractual and documentary evidence, examining witnesses and suspects, coordinating with forensic and law-enforcement authorities, and presenting major public funds and forgery matters to senior prosecution leadership.
In 2026, Seif returned to the firm's General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory practice, bringing together his advisory, disputes, and prosecutorial experience. He now advises clients on legal issues arising from their operations and business arrangements, including the negotiation and localisation of commercial contracts, employment and workforce matters, regulatory requirements, and broader operational risk. This background enables him to assess commercial decisions with an understanding of how contractual, regulatory and workplace issues may develop into disputes, investigations or enforcement exposure.
