Sara ElZayat is a Junior Associate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department. She is a dual-qualified lawyer in England and Wales as well as Egypt.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Sara gained extensive experience in commercial, corporate, M&As and dispute resolution through training with top-tier law firms in Egypt. Additionally, Sara qualifies as a solicitor in the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
