Sara is an Associate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, bringing over two years of diverse experience in corporate and commercial law. Before joining ADSERO, she interned at several top-tier law firms in Egypt, gaining valuable exposure to the legal profession.
Sara provides legal advice to multinational companies on a range of day-to-day matters, including incorporation, restructuring, liquidation of companies, mergers, demergers, taxes, social insurance, corporate governance, and commercial matters. She also specialises in complex corporate secretarial matters, offering comprehensive support to businesses operating in Egypt.
With a wealth of knowledge across various legal jurisdictions, including the UAE and KSA, Sara is adept at drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, such as service, employment, outsourcing, and lease agreements.
Additionally, Sara manages regulatory work, including drafting, reviewing, and ratifying corporate assemblies, securing licenses for industrial and commercial premises, and obtaining work permits.
Advised local and international companies on restructuring, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in Egypt.
Assisted several multinational companies in exploring and entering the Egyptian market by providing comprehensive legal advice on Egyptian governing laws, corporate vehicles, and applicable treaties.
Managing corporate secretarial and day-to-day business matters of GE Vernova, Viatris Egypt, and their subsidiaries.
Drafted and reviewed various commercial agreements, including, inter-alia, service, employment, outsourcing, and lease agreements.
Assisted a key player in the telecommunication sector in drafting their corporate governing policy.
Advised on the incorporation process and legal requirements for establishing Free Zones, Investment Zones, Technological Zones, and Economic Zone companies.
