Sara is a Junior Associate at the ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners’ Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory department. Prior to joining ADSERO, Sara interned at several top-tier law firms in Egypt.

Her practice is focused on corporate structuring, advisory and corporate secretarial services. She works across different industries including, inter alia, sports, tourism, and import and export. Additionally, she has experience drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements and providing legal advice on companies’ incorporation, restructuring and liquidation.
