Salma is an Associate in the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets department. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience interning with leading technology and banking companies in Egypt.
Salma is experienced in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements and providing support on transactional and non-transactional corporate, regulatory, and anti-trust matters. She has expertise in M&A transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, analysing complex legal issues, preparing transaction documentation, and contributing to restructuring strategies.
Acted as lead counsel to A15 and founding shareholders on the sale of a controlling stake in Link Development to Beyon Solutions.
Advised the sellers of Ismailia Investment Company (commercially known as Atyab) on the sale of a majority stake of 75.02% to Agthia Group PJSC.
