Supported the Ministry of Finance on two landmark sovereign debt transactions: establishing the first sovereign Sukuk program of USD 5 billion (first issuance of USD 1.5 billion attracted 4X over-subscription) and updating the global medium-term note program from USD 30 billion to USD 40 billion.
Assisted Siemens Mobility in its contract with the Egyptian Government for Egypt’s first high-speed electric rail system.
