Assisted international gold mining exploration companies, such as Red Sea Resources and Akh Gold Limited, in the international bid round 1 of the year 2020 for gold and associated minerals organised by the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and the Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority.
Assisted an international pharmaceutical company with restructuring, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in Egypt.
Advised numerous energy companies on their legal affairs in Egypt.
Represented a tech digital agency in Egypt.
