Radwa is a Senior Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department.
Prior to joining ADSERO, Radwa served as an administrative prosecutor at the Administrative Prosecution Authority for seven years and worked for a top-tier Egyptian law firm for three years as part of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate and Commercial teams.
Radwa has extensive experience across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, media, and renewable energy. She has supported numerous multinational clients with day-to-day legal matters, such as contract review, corporate governance, and providing legal and regulatory advisory services.
Her expertise spans administrative and public procurement laws, investment and companies’ law, real estate, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, employment, renewable energy, commercial advisory, and corporate structuring.
Advised a UAE-based media company, in relation to the launch of their platform, and executed and negotiated all relevant agreements.
Advised a governmental entity on the sale of wind farm assets.
Advised a Japanese bank in relation to the acquisition of a wind farm.
Assisted a multinational company in assessing the feasibility of establishing a manufacturing unit in Egypt.
Advised a leading real estate company on a potential joint venture divestment.
Advised a confidential client in the energy sector on withholding tax in KSA.
Advised a leading energy company on a potential Oil & Gas acquisition in Egypt.
Prior to ADSERO, participated in multiple M&A projects including the acquisition of BNP Paribas by QNB, and the merger of Alborg and Almokhtabar.
