Radwa is a Managing Associate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Radwa worked as an administrative prosecutor for seven years at the Administrative Prosecution Authority and a top-tier Egyptian law firm for three years as a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions team and the Corporate and Commercial team.

Radwa has worked on several transactions in different sectors including pharmaceuticals, and renewable energy. Also, Radwa has supported many multinational clients on their day-to-day legal aspects including contract review, legal and regulatory advisory.

Radwa has diverse expertise in administrative and public procurement laws, investment and companies’ law, real estate, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, employment, renewable energy, commercial advisory, and corporate structuring.
