

Omar is an Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, and a member of the Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources practice.
Omar graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law (English Section) at Ain Shams University. He has completed an LL.M. in Public International Law at Benha University and is on the verge of completing another LLM in International Law at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) in London, further strengthening his expertise in international and comparative law.
His academic pursuits have been complemented by active involvement in moot court competitions. Notably, he participated in the FDI Moot Competition as both a competitor and a coach and has served as an arbitrator in multiple international competitions.
Omar has gained extensive practical experience through internships at top-tier law firms in Cairo, where he effectively applied his legal knowledge. He has advised local and international energy companies on restructuring, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in Egypt. His expertise encompasses drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, and memoranda of understanding, providing comprehensive legal advice, and conducting in-depth research across multiple fields of law.
