Omar joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners’ Corporate and Commercial team in 2021 as Junior Associate and is currently an Associate. His work involves advising clients on various issues, including providing day-to-day legal support in General Corporate, Regulatory, Distribution & Franchise, and Employment Matters.

Omar participates in high-profile matters with different market key players in diverse sectors (e.g., TMT, E-commerce, Pharmaceuticals, F&B, and Renewable energy and electricity). Upon his graduation from University, Omar joined one of the top-tier law firms in Egypt, where he represented various national and multinational clients on different aspects of Egyptian laws.
