Nour is a Junior Associate in the firm’s Banking and Finance department. Prior to joining ADSERO, Nour completed multiple legal internships in prestigious international and local firms.
Since joining the firm, Nour has worked on reviewing loan, facility and escrow agreements, drafting and reviewing legal opinions and memos, undergoing processes for due diligence, and providing CBE-related advice to various clients.
Nour is fluent in English and Arabic.
