Junior Associate

Nour is a Junior Associate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department.

Since joining the firm, Nour has worked on reviewing loan, facility, and escrow agreements, drafting and reviewing legal opinions and memos, undergoing processes for due diligence, and providing CBE-related advice to various clients. She has also handled a range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, supporting corporate restructuring processes, and advising on regulatory compliance across different sectors.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Nour completed multiple legal internships in prestigious international and local firms.

Nour is fluent in English and Arabic.

  • Advises on Egypt’s Landmark Local Sovereign Sukuk Program and the first issuance of the program.
  • Acted as Egyptian local counsel to the Ministry of Finance (MOF) on a USD 1.5 billion dual-tranche sovereign sukuk issuance in the international debt capital markets.
  • Acted as Egyptian local counsel to the Ministry of Finance (MOF) on its USD-denominated Eurobond issuance, marking Egypt’s return to the international bond markets.
  • Advised Sylndr on securing an EGP 370 million working capital facility, representing Egypt’s first asset-backed working capital solution.
  • Advised Telecom Egypt (TE) on the execution of a long-term EGP 18 billion syndicated loan facility involving a syndicate of 13 banks, led by Commercial International Bank (CIB), Banque Misr, and the National Bank of Egypt (NBE).
