Norhan is a Junior Associate in the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets department. Before joining the firm, she interned in top-tier law firms in Egypt.

She works across different industries and has experience in multiple legal disciplines, including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, commercial, banking and corporate. Norhan also has experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and conducting legal research.
