Mostafa is an Associate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory Departments, with a focus on corporate governance.

Prior to joining ADSERO, he worked at a top-tier law firm in Egypt, where he advised startups on optimal legal structures for incorporation and provided guidance on corporate governance matters in their early stages, including Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings (OGMs and EGMs).

Mostafa has also contributed to the incorporation and restructuring of various types of companies in Egypt and has been involved in numerous high-profile matters with key market players across diverse sectors.

• Advised national and international clients across diverse industries (e.g., technology, real estate, healthcare) on corporate matters, including company incorporation, and provided guidance on legal and corporate governance matters, such as OGMs and EGMs.
• Assisted in the incorporation of limited liability and joint stock companies.
• Supported numerous global enterprises with corporate services and regulatory compliance in Egypt.
