Mohamed is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution. Before joining ADSERO, he gained valuable experience through internships at several top-tier Egyptian law firms, working across corporate, arbitration, and litigation practices.

Mohamed specialises in arbitration and construction disputes, with extensive knowledge of various construction contracts. He has significant expertise in guiding and assisting clients in resolving disputes through adjudication, arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

In addition to his arbitration and complex cases focus, Mohamed handles cases involving lottery law, administrative law, civil law, commercial law, investment law, companies law, labour law, social insurance law, arbitration law, tax law, real estate tax law, court fees law, criminal law, consumer finance law, electricity law, competition protection law, consumer protection law, building law, sanitation law, and custom law.

Successfully settled a dispute between Capital Group Properties (CGP) and one of its clients in a purchase agreement.

Resolved a potential dispute between author Ashraf Abdelbaki and a Saudi investor in Egypt related to the Masra7 Masr program.

Represented a vaccine production company in Egypt in cases filed against it.

Advised a leading e-commerce platform in Egypt on a lottery case.

Won a case in favor of a Saudi investor in Egypt against the Ministry of Customs.

Won a case in favor of a leading music production company against the singer Tamer Ashour.

Assisted in winning a case in favor of a client against a Kuwaiti composer and producer.

Represented Nile Sugar before the public prosecution and labor courts.

Represented El-Salam Hospital before the public prosecution and labor courts.

Assisted in commercial matters for Stallion for Construction Company.

Won a case in favor of a Saudi investor against City View Compound.

Assisted in a high-profile public case involving Uber and Habeba El-Shama’a.

Won several complex labor cases in favor of SETDCO.

Represented a Lebanese client in a significant labor case against one of Osama Bin Laden’s companies.

Won a case against Sutra.

Won two cases in favor of our clients, Canex and Dynamic for Aluminum, against a member of a former president’s family.

Represented a sovereign entity before the public prosecution in a highly complex case.

Represented a sovereign entity before the civil court in a case filed against it.

Assisted in representing CGP, securing a partial arbitral award that extended the arbitration agreement to another company, in an arbitration case before CRCICA.

Represented Saudi Egyptian Tourism Development and Saudi Egyptian Investment Red Sea, providing extensive legal consultancy and securing judicial awards in numerous complex matters.

Represented the German Foundation for Education against Emaar Misr (a real estate company) in an arbitration case before CRCICA.

Represented Americana Group in several labor cases filed by former employees before various courts and won many of them.

Represented a leading manufacturer in the pharmaceutical products and services market on legal matters.

Assisted a leading agribusiness group based in Egypt on legal matters.

Advised Orascom Investment Holding on a contractual matter related to a shareholders’ agreement.
