Moataz is a Junior Associate in ADSERO’s Dispute Resolution team. He specialises in handling complex disputes and has experience across a wide range of legal areas, including labour law, civil law, criminal law, criminal procedure law, and commercial law.

He has been involved in high-profile cases concerning joint stock and limited liability companies. His work includes drafting memoranda, conducting legal research, and attending hearings before civil, administrative, criminal, and labour courts.

In his current role, Moataz manages various civil, criminal, administrative and labour disputes. He is responsible for developing legal strategies, providing legal opinions, preparing legal notices of claim, and drafting defense memoranda. He has successfully  handled multiple complex cases, securing judicial precedents in favour of clients.

• Assisted in securing a favourable judgment in a case where the claimant sought EGP 141 million.
• Secured multiple labour court rulings in favour of one of Egypt’s largest food industry companies.
• Handled a complex criminal case involving the embezzlement of funds from an Egyptian joint stock company.
• Provided numerous legal opinions for a leading e-commerce platform.
• Handled a complex civil case in which the claimant is seeking EGP 34 million.
