Maya is a Junior Associate at ADSERO in the M&A and Restructuring practice area.

She supports the execution of M&A transactions and corporate restructuring projects, including conducting legal due diligence, reviewing and analysing commercial agreements, preparing due diligence findings, and undertaking legal and regulatory research. She has also assisted in advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, competition law, and merger control matters.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Maya gained experience through legal internships and professional roles at top-tier law firms and leading companies in Egypt, where she assisted in advising on general corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
