Marc is a Junior Associate in ADSERO’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Markets department. Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable experience through internships at several top-tier law firms.
Marc supports the execution of M&A and Capital Markets transactions, including conducting due diligence, performing legal research, and drafting legal opinions for major companies in the MENA region. He also drafts and reviews a variety of commercial agreements, such as service and lease agreements.
In the Capital Markets space, Marc has worked on matters related to capital increases, investment funds, Global Depositary Receipt, consumer finance, securitisation, and Islamic Sukuk issuances. He also contributed to drafting Private Subscription Notices.
Marc is fluent in French, English, and Arabic.
Assisted in the acquisition of Misr for Entertainment Investments and its wholly owned subsidiaries by Orascom Investment Holding (OIH) for USD 10 million.
