Malak has supported and assisted the incorporation of different types of companies and has mainly focused on corporate structuring, corporate advisory, and corporate secretarial services.
She provides day-to-day corporate and commercial support on doing business in Egypt, assisting, and handling the corporate matters agreements, drafting and reviewing various types of deals of many multinational companies such as Amazon, Halliburton, Google and Uber, and giving legal advice on the best legal framework and suitable structure of companies operating in Egypt.
