Karim is an Associate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, specialising in the retail, e-commerce, and logistics team.

He has experience assisting companies with incorporation and corporate governance matters and advising clients on intellectual property, employment, and social insurance matters.

Further, Karim is proficient in drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements, including service, distribution, franchise, phantom share, term sheet, SPA, SHA, SAAS, logistics and employment agreements.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Karim worked at a top-tier law firm in Egypt, where he advised startups on the best legal structure for incorporating their companies and provided guidance on legal and corporate governance matters in their early stages, such as OGMs and EGMs. He also assisted startups in their funding rounds and negotiations with investors.
