Hussien is a Managing Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory departments, focusing on Corporate Governance, with over five years of professional experience.

Hussien’s professional experience includes handling corporate secretarial matters, resolving corporate governance challenges faced by clients, and providing support during the closing phases of major transactions. Prior to joining ADSERO, Hussien worked at top-tier law firms in Egypt, where he acted as a legal consultant for several multinational and domestic companies. He primarily advised on general corporate services and regulatory matters involving various governmental authorities, including the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, the Industrial Development Authority, the Tax Authorities, the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, and the Notary Public.

Hussien has been actively involved in the incorporation and restructuring of a wide range of companies in Egypt. He has also participated in numerous high-profile matters with key market players across diverse sectors.

  • Advised the Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE) on its partnership with Al Ahly CIRA to develop international university models.
  • Acted as legal counsel to the Ministry of Finance (MOF) on the first Sovereign Sukuk program.
  • Advised on the partnership between the TSFE and Mobica in connection with the establishment of two schools.
  • Assisted the Unified Procurement Authority on the first conversion of two major pharmaceutical companies from public sector companies to private companies and provided advisory support on compliance with the corporate governance standards for both companies.
  • Assisted EgyBelg on a sale of assets transaction to Savola Foods.
  • Assisted numerous global enterprises with corporate services and regulatory compliance in Egypt.
