Hannah is a Junior Associate in the firm’s Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, specialising in life sciences and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Hannah accumulated a solid legal foundation in laws pertaining to Egypt and the MENA region through internships at top-tier law firms. She has also previously joined law firms, contributing to elevating her legal skills and developing her legal knowledge.

Hannah advises clients on various topics, including pharmaceuticals, data protection, employment, banking, competition, sports, aviation, tourism, dispute resolution, and real estate. Additionally, she has experience dealing with governmental authorities such as the EDA, ITIDA, and GAFI.

In addition, Hannah possesses a range of legal skills that encompass drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, and MOUs, as well as preparing reports on risk assessment and strategies for mitigation. She also offers legal advice, prepares case assessments, and conducts legal research across multiple areas of law. Moreover, Hannah specializes in providing ongoing corporate and commercial support tailored explicitly to pharmaceutical companies and those conducting business operations in Egypt.
