Hana is a Junior Associate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department.
Hana is part of the firm’s dynamic Technology, Media, and Telecommunications law team, where she advises clients on cybersecurity, data protection, telecommunications, media, and e-commerce.
Prior to joining ADSERO, Hana trained at leading law firms in Cairo, where she gained extensive professional experience in corporate and commercial law, focusing on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
Hana’s legal skill set is highlighted by her experience in drafting and reviewing various agreements and policies, as well as conducting research in UK and Egyptian law.
