Hana is a Junior Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department.
Hana is part of the firm’s dynamic Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Law team, advising clients on cybersecurity, data protection, telecommunications, media, and e-commerce.
Prior to joining the firm, Hana trained at leading law firms in Cairo, where she gained extensive professional experience in corporate and commercial law, focusing on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
Hana’s legal skill set is highlighted by her experience in drafting and reviewing various agreements and policies, conducting analysis and practical implementation steps for laws in Egypt, as well as conducting in-depth legal research in UK and Egyptian law.
Collaborated with Amazon’s legal team on matters related to doing business in Egypt, as well as launching Amazon’s products and services in the Egyptian market.
