Hana is an Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department and a member of the firm’s TMT practice. She advises clients on cybersecurity, data protection, telecommunications, media, and e-commerce matters.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Hana gained hands-on legal experience through roles at top-tier law firms and within in-house legal departments across the FMCG and telecommunications sectors. She has also worked closely with Amazon Egypt, the world’s largest e-commerce company. This diverse background enables her to navigate effectively both law firm and in-house legal environments.

• Currently seconded to Amazon Egypt on a full-time basis, where she provides legal support within the Legal and Compliance team, advising on matters across the AMET region and gaining exposure to complex in-house legal and compliance operations within the e-commerce sector.

Prior to ADSERO:

• Gained in-house legal experience within the FMCG and telecommunications sectors, supporting corporate and commercial operations, drafting and reviewing agreements, and assisting with internal investigations.
