Hana is a Junior Associate at ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, specialising in employment and labour law.

Hana gained extensive experience through internships at prominent law firms in Egypt and France, with a focus on corporate law and private international law. Her practice involves advising multinational clients on a wide range of employment-related matters under Egyptian law.

• Assisted multinational FMCG and manufacturing companies in complex employment matters, including advising on settlement strategies, employee terminations, and negotiations with senior management.
• Advised a multinational oil and gas company on employment compliance matters, including salary restructuring and dual employment arrangements.
• Assisted multiple international pharmaceutical and technology companies in reviewing limited-term and unlimited-term employment agreements, as well as internal employment handbooks, to ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
• Provided employment law advice to multinational clients in disciplinary and misconduct-related matters.
