Habiba is a Junior Associate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department.

Habiba’s academic journey has been strengthened by practical experience gained through internships at several top-tier law firms. These opportunities allowed her to develop a strong foundation in Corporate & Commercial matters and Mergers & Acquisitions, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of business law, particularly in corporate governance and legal strategy.

• 2024 – Participated in the prestigious international VIS East Moot competition held in Hong Kong.
• 2023 – Participated as an oralist at the Shalakany Arbitration Moot, where her team won 1^st, and she received an Honorable Mentions certificate.
