Habiba is a Junior Associate in the firm’s Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Habiba trained in various top-tier international and local law firms, gaining a wealth of knowledge across diverse legal domains, including Arbitration, Corporate, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

During her academic years, Habiba’s practical training extended beyond law firms. Her internships at multinationals like PepsiCo and Orange allowed her to actively contribute to corporate processes. She assisted in preparing Ordinary General Meetings (OGMs) and Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings (EGMs), reviewed contracts, and formulated legal opinions. Top of FormHabiba showcased her proficiency in handling corporate tasks, navigating corporate governance meetings, and providing legal analysis through drafting and reviewing.

• 2021 – Mooter at the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) National Moot Court in IHL.
• 2021 – Mooter at the Forced Disappearance Moot Court in Lebanon, Regional Moot Court. Awarded “First place among the regions”, received a certificate from the United Nations.
