Habiba is an Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, specialising in the e-commerce, retail, and logistics sector. She has over two years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in consumer protection, automotive, and data protection matters across multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE and the KSA.
Habiba provides comprehensive legal support to clients operating in Egypt, with a focus on regulatory compliance and day-to-day corporate and commercial operations.
Prior to joining ADSERO, Habiba trained at several top-tier international and local law firms, where she gained expertise and knowledge across diverse legal domains, including corporate and mergers and acquisitions. During the course of this training, she showcased her proficiency in handling corporate tasks, navigating corporate governance meetings, and providing legal analysis through drafting and reviewing legal documents.
During her academic years, Habiba expanded her practical training through internships at leading multinational companies like PepsiCo and Orange, which allowed her to actively contribute to corporate processes. She assisted in preparing Ordinary General Meetings and Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings, reviewed contracts, and drafted legal opinions.
