Farida is a Senior Associate in the firm’s M&A and Capital Markets team, bringing over six years of diverse experience.
She provides corporate secretarial and general advisory services to multinational companies operating in Egypt. These services include maintaining statutory records, drafting and reviewing agreements, establishing branches and representation offices, and liaising with authorities. Farida also has extensive experience in data protection and consumer protection regulations.
As a transactional lawyer, Farida has worked on corporate restructurings, share transfers, and asset purchases. Her expertise includes conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and participating in negotiations.
With a specialisation in antitrust law, Farida offers comprehensive services to clients. Additionally, she has worked on significant antitrust disputes in recent years.
Acted as lead counsel to A15 and founding shareholders on the sale of a controlling stake in Link Development to Beyon Solutions.
