Fagr is a Senior Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, where she specialises in life sciences.

She advises domestic and multinational clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. She brings over eight years of diversified experience supporting businesses across multiple industries.

Her practice focuses on corporate governance and commercial advisory work, including maintaining statutory records, drafting legal opinions as well as preparing and reviewing agreements, establishing companies, branches and representative offices, in addition to liaising with the relevant authorities.

In addition to her core practice, Fagr has notable experience in other legal sectors, inter alia arbitration. She has also developed experience across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, logistics and electronics.

Fagr provides a one-stop-shop service to pharmaceutical companies, drawing on her extensive experience in the sector.
