Fadila is a Counsel in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, specialising in real estate, tourism and life sciences. She has over ten years of diverse legal experience across numerous industries with top-tier law firms in Egypt. Prior to joining ADSERO, Fadila was the head of legal at Siemens Egypt.

Fadila is highly experienced in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and advises on various aspects of commercial law, including agency, distribution, and services. She also offers advice on general corporate matters. Additionally, she has worked in Egypt’s TMT sector, advising major TMT companies and multinational corporations specialising in Internet-related products and services.

Fadila speaks fluent Arabic, English and French and is qualified to practice law in Egypt.

• Advised Siemens on different high-value contracts with the Egyptian Government.
• Advised various international and regional companies such as Rapiscan Systems, Americana Group, Amgen and Pixelogic Egypt regarding several commercial transactions, including distribution agreements, sales agreements, services agreements, joint venture agreements and agency agreements.
• Represented several international development finance institutions on multiple project documents about developing solar power plants in Egypt. Advised several qualified developers, including a regional state-owned company, under the Feed-in-Tariff (FiT) program to review and comment on FiT project documents and advised on regulatory matters.
• Advised Société Générale on the sale of its entire stake in its listed Egyptian Subsidiary National Société Générale Bank (“NSGB”) to Qatar National Bank.
