Dina is an Associate in ADSERO’s Corporate, Commercial & Regulatory department and Projects group. She is a dual-qualified lawyer in Egypt and France, qualifying her to practice as a French attorney. Dina’s experience covers energy, infrastructure, and mining. She also advises clients on several environmental and ESG matters.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Dina gained experience in several top-tier international law firms in Paris and Cairo, completing legal internships in both the energy and international projects departments. During her time there, she worked across various industries, specialising in projects focused on energy, mineral resources, renewables, and energy infrastructure. She also contributed to several facilities and commercial agreements, including a major monorail infrastructure project in Egypt.

• Represented the Egyptian Ministry of Finance (MOF) as local legal counsel on the establishment of the first Sovereign Sukuk program of USD 5 billion.
• Advised local and international energy companies on restructuring, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in Egypt.
• Drafted and reviewed various types of agreements, including but not limited to supply, sponsorship, commercial intermediation, and joint venture agreements.

Prior to ADSERO

• Supported due diligence concerning renewable energy projects in France (Bois de la Hayatte) and the renovation of Djibouti’s old port.
• Responsible for the Africa Mining Map and Clean Energy Tool Projects in collaboration with the London office.
• Worked on several mining projects across Africa and assisted multiple clients with tax and regulatory matters.
