Ameerah is an Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, with experience focusing on the real estate, hospitality, tourism, and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to joining ADSERO, she worked as a content writer for two years, collaborating closely on various projects for the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Local Development.

Ameerah currently manages a diverse portfolio of corporate legal affairs across the real estate, tourism, and pharmaceutical sectors, ensuring compliance with Egyptian law and providing legal advisory on a variety of transactions. She handles and deals with numerous governmental entities, including the New Urban Communities Authority, the Egyptian Drug Authority, and many others, while contributing to client asset restructuring.

She has gained proficient experience in both legal drafting and legal research, regularly preparing and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, including service, lease, co-development, development management, hotel management, distribution, memorandums of understanding, partnership, and non-disclosure agreements.

  • Assisted in conducting due diligence and preparing restructuring memoranda for large-scale real estate assets of a major client.
