Ameerah is a Junior Assocciate in the firm’s General Corporate, Commercial, and & Regulatory department, specialising in Real Estate, Tourism, and Education.
Prior to joining ADSERO, Ameerah worked as a content writer for two years, collaborating closely on various projects for the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Local Development.
Furthermore, during her time as a trainee, Ameerah has developed a broad range of legal skills during her time as a trainee, encompassing including drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, and legal memos, conducting legal research across the various fields of law, and preparing Ordinary General Meetings (OGMs) and Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings (EGMs). Ameerah She has also provided legal opinions and analyses in the fields of real estate, pharmaceuticals, and employment.
