Associate

Aisha is an Associate in ADSERO’s Dispute Resolution department. Her work involves handling complex arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters, as well as commercial, civil, and criminal litigation and mediation.

Her practice covers a wide range of areas, such as civil, commercial, labour, tort, competition, criminal, cybercrime, and administrative law. She assists in advising and representing clients across all stages of litigation, from drafting legal memoranda and legal opinions to preparing statements of claim before first instance courts, courts of appeal, and the Court of Cassation. Aisha has also played a key role in high-profile disputes involving both joint stock and limited liability companies.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Aisha trained at several top-tier Egyptian law firms, where she gained extensive experience in arbitration and litigation across a range of fields, including commercial, tax, consumer finance, competition, and electronic signature law.

  • Assisted in successfully securing multiple labour court rulings in favour of one of Egypt’s largest food industry companies.
  • Assisted in handling a complex civil case involving a claim of EGP 34 million and contributing to securing a favourable judgment in a high-stakes dispute where the claimant sought EGP 141 million.
  • Assisted in handling a complex criminal case involving fraud, forgery and embezzlement of funds from an Egyptian joint stock company.
  • Assisted in representing a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Egypt in litigation matters involving compensation claims.
  • Assisted in representing a leading education provider in a case valued at more than USD 3 million against a prominent real estate developer, before the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
  • Assisted in successfully litigating several cases on behalf of SETDCO, achieving in favourable outcomes.
  • Assisted in representing a leading poultry company in Egypt in disputes relating to competition matters.
  • Assisted in representing a leading steel industry company in Egypt in disputes spanning competition, criminal, civil, and arbitration matters.
  • Member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
