Associate

Ahmed is an Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, specialising in Real Estate, Tourism, and Hospitality.

He provides clients with day-to-day corporate and commercial advice across a wide range of sectors, including real estate, tourism, hospitality, employment, and dispute resolution.

Ahmed has experience advising on complex legal matters and engaging with governmental authorities such as the EDA, NUCA, GOEIC, EHA, and GAFI. His expertise includes drafting and reviewing various types of agreements, preparing risk assessment reports and mitigation strategies, providing legal advice, and conducting legal research across various fields of law.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Ahmed achieved strong academic standing in his LL.B. programme and gained practical experience through internships at several top-tier international and local law firms. There, he developed a strong understanding of Egyptian and MENA region laws across various practice areas, including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution. He assisted in preparing general assemblies, reviewing contracts, and formulating legal opinions.

  • Assisted Paragon Developments in its partnership with Adeer International (a Sumou Holding Group company) to establish a joint development entity, reflecting a shared commitment to regional integration, innovation, and long-term impact. Additionally, advised on the signing of a landmark agreement with MIDAR, the master developer of Mostakbal City, to co-develop New Cairo’s largest mixed-use project, a smart, sustainable 500,000-sqm development backed by over EGP 70 billion in investment.
  • Advised Rula for land reclamation on a landmark revenue share agreement with SODIC to develop one of the largest fully integrated urban real estate projects in New Sphinx City, spanning 1,000 feddans.
  • Assisted the Sovereign Fund of Egypt in the Tahrir Complex Project, providing day-to-day advice on its relationship with the investors.
  • Assisted a leading food industry company in the registration of its properties across various locations in Egypt.
  • Advised a leading pharmaceutical company on the transfer of human samples and health data from Egypt.
  • Assisted leading pharmaceutical companies with their day-to-day business operations in Egypt.
  • Assisted a leading real estate company with day-to-day business operations in Egypt, including drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as providing advice on commercial law matters.
  • Member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
