Junior Associate

Adham is a Junior Associate in ADSERO’s Dispute Resolution practice area.

His work encompasses civil, commercial, labour, competition, criminal, and administrative law matters, as well as customs-related disputes and the enforcement of arbitral awards. Adham supports clients through all stages of litigation, drafting legal memoranda, legal opinions, and submissions before courts of first instance, courts of appeal, and the Court of Cassation. His practice further extends to arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Adham gained practical experience through internships at leading Egyptian law firms, where he assisted on litigation, arbitration, and corporate matters.

  • Assisted in representing Nestlé Egypt against a customs authorities’ claim of EGP 500 million.
  • Assisted in representing a leading education provider in a case valued at more than USD 3 million against a prominent real estate developer, before the CRCICA.
  • Assisted in representing a leading steel industry company in Egypt in disputes spanning competition, criminal, civil, and arbitration matters.
  • Assisted in representing one of the leading food industry companies in Egypt in a competition law dispute.
  • Advised a leading manufacturer in the pharmaceutical products and services sector on a range of legal matters relating to ongoing compensation litigation.
  • Member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
