Abdelrahman is an Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, specialising in e-commerce.
He advises clients on a wide range of matters, including pharmaceuticals, data protection, TMT, employment, competition, dispute resolution, and real estate. He also has experience engaging with governmental authorities such as the EDA, NFSA, CPA, LTRA, NTRA, and GAFI.
Abdelrahman possesses strong legal skill set, which includes drafting and reviewing various types of agreements, policies, and MOUs, preparing risk assessment reports, offering legal advice, preparing case assessments, and conducting legal research in multiple fields of law. He also supports clients on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, particularly in the e-commerce sector and in relation to doing business in Egypt.
Prior to joining ADSERO, Abdelrahman gained a solid background in Egyptian and MENA-region laws through his internship at ADSERO across the real estate, e-commerce, life sciences, and TMT departments.
