Abdelrahman is a Junior Associate in the firm’s Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department, specializing in E-commerce.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Abdelrahman acquired a solid background in laws pertaining to Egypt and the MENA region by interning at ADSERO in the Real Estate, E-commerce, Life Sciences and Telecommunications (TMT) departments.

Abdelrahman advises clients on matters related to pharmaceuticals, data protection, TMT, employment, competition, dispute resolution and real estate. Also, he has experience dealing with governmental authorities such as the EDA, NFSA, CPA, LTRA, NTRA and GAFI.

Additionally, Abdelrahman’s legal skillset includes drafting and reviewing various types of agreements, policies, and MOUs, preparing risk assessment reports, offering legal advice, preparing case assessments, and conducting legal research in multiple fields of law. Furthermore, Abdelrahman provides day-to-day corporate and commercial support for E-commerce companies and doing business in Egypt.
